That's right, it's contest time. Much love and adoration for those who participate in the following.

Your Mission

Produce an artist's rendering of any one of these five characters:

Blaze
Tamlyn
Dallas
Kelley
Micah

Note that the characters can either be dressed normally (in typical, 21st century garb matching their style) or in some battle-ready costuming. (Including at least some pieces of armor.) They can be in any pose you wish, and done in any style or medium.

A few artistic notes on some of the characters:
Micah- As she is Japanese and proud of her heritage, althoug she lives in modern day, she can alternately be dressed in the classic garb of her "childhood" era. Also, her battle garb would likely have an oriental flavor to it.

Blaze- Not a very happy person in general, so note that should would likely not be smiling in any portrait of her. Also, her description only mentions ears, claws, and fangs. She MUST have at least these qualities, but you are certainly welcome to add more (patches of fur, etc.) Do recall that they must be able to be hidden in some respect, as it is still necessary for her to pass as human.
Edit! All the characters MAY be drawn with other demonic features, even ones that do not seem to be able to be hidden easily, as in most interpretations demons have the ability to hide their true form. The exception is Blaze, who at present does not have the power to change her appearance, so it would be appreciated if her extra traits were easily covered up (ie, something on her face that could be disguised with makeup, on her legs that would be hidden with long pants, etc.)

Your Reward
The artist of the best overall portrait will recieve:

The artist of the best piece for each character will recieve:
~ A devwatch, and several thoughtful comments on pieces in their gallery
~ A two-week-long feature in my/my co-judge's journal
~ A piece of literature crafted especially for them (by me)

EVERY Artist who participates will recieve:
~ A favorite of the piece they created, as well as a link to the piece in the feature journal for above winners.
~ Thoughtful, meaningful comments on at least one piece of art in their gallery
~ A short piece of literature (short poem or essay) of praise and thanksgiving for participation
~ My eternal love and gratitude

The contest will end Nov. 15th, so you have plenty of time; entries after this date will not be accepted. The judging and annunciation of winners will occur by Nov. 30th. Free license may be taken with any of the characters, so long as they remain within the skeletal descriptions set forth above. Note me or reply here with a link to the piece you wish to enter.
